We highly recommend Packard Landscape Co. Austin was prompt with scheduling, the team arrived on time, and we were kept updated every step of the way. During our initial consultation, Zach took our vague ideas and turned them into a beautiful design rendering that gave us a perfect visual of the potential layout. The crew successfully removed pesky shrubs while carefully protecting the existing plants we wanted to keep. They selected beautiful, colorful plants that are low-maintenance, deer-tolerant, and tough enough to handle the harsh evening sun our flower beds receive. They listened to my wife's concerns about maintenance and herbicide use with our current mulch, and installed some stone landscaping instead. When they were finished, they did a final walk-through to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The rest of the yard was left spotless. They even gave us a clear watering schedule to ensure the plants thrived. We appreciated that the entire team made the process hassle-free, were very accommodating, and professional.
