I was actually surprised at how professional and good this company was / is to me . So far everything I’ve been told was done . The CEO constantly asks me if the work and communication is going well. Seems to be more than a job. It’s a family . I can’t say one thing bad about this company . We are growing with experience and customers. Very understanding and caring about what’s going on .. The Packard Landscape Co. team did a fantastic job from start to finish! Austin came to our house and listened to our initial ideas. He then came up with a plan, sat down with us to review, and we made a few changes to finalize the design. After that, he and his team came out, cleaned out our existing landscaping, and installed everything within a few days. The results were amazing and exactly what we wanted!
Austin and his team did an outstanding job refreshing the Compass Realty Group office in Cheat Lake! From the very beginning, Austin was quick to respond to our inquiries and provided a fast, fair estimate for the project. He also shared digital designs that allowed us to see his vision before any work began, which made the whole process seamless and exciting. Wow oh wow! These guys were doing a big job for a neighbor and I asked if they would be able to carve out a weedy part of my garden to make space for compost bays. Offered a very fair price and work was excellent- will hire them again for bigger projects!
Austin and his crew created an enchanting and peaceful garden for our family. The quality of the work and sensitivity to our family is beyond words. Our English garden is a memorial for our daughter who did in January. The space was a pitiful side yard we rarely spent any time in. Now it is a place of refuge and peace and reflection. Did an excellent job landscaping the front and back of my house. He added new outdoor landscape lighting, trimmed some existing shrubs, added landscaping to side of house with all new rock. Looks great. Easy to work with and staff is very nice. Would recommend!
I just had a gravel job done on my property and the aesthetic appeal came out better than I had imagined! Austin’s crew are well trained and professional and I enjoyed having them here beautifying the area! No more muddy messes and the garage looks much better surrounded by clean pretty rock!
My overall experience with Packard Landscaping has been great. I requested an estimate which I quickly got. I really didn’t know what plants I wanted and Austin was very helpful in choosing the plants I needed in my area. I was put on the schedule and even though it rained so much they worked very diligently to get my yard completed. It looks great. The workers were very considerate and careful and cleaned up after they left every day. I highly recommend them. I’m planning to have them do some additional work for me in the next year.

Austin and his crew did an excellent job redoing my landscaping. I had many old, dying shrubs and needed a whole fresh look. Austin drew up a whole new design and sent me a virtual video of what it would look like with my house when finished. It turned out as expected. I highly recommend him for your landscaping needs.
I purchased my house 8 years ago in late fall and the first spring was magical. I had no idea what was going to pop up in the flower beds around the house. Now here we are 8 years later and due to damp areas, full shade, and deer salads, my landscaping was ruined and it was time to call a professional. With a couple of google searches I was able to find Packard Landscaping online. Austin came over to look at the job and I told him the issues I need to overcome. He quickly came back with a deer resistant, shade and damp tolerant plan with mock up photos. I told him that cost could be an issue and he worked with me on a solution within my budget. Now my yard looks better than ever! The team was incredible and all they wanted was for me to be happy with the results. I love this group and recommend them to anyone who needs landscaping support!

First two pics are before, and last pic is after job was completed. Our backyard was terribly degraded with pits and dead grass patches. We wanted to have it leveled and revived, and Austin did just that by tilling, grading, and installing brand new sod! We also wanted a stone wall to add a lively touch and retain some of the grass to prevent washout, and he absolutely nailed it! Austin went above and beyond with the job, and he was great with communicating and promptly answering any questions I had. I would absolutely do business with him and his hardworking crew again!

This company was there within a day of my asking. They trimmed hedges and carried away the debris, then worked at my house raking, pulled up dead materials, put down matting and put down quite a bit of mulch. Cleaned up after themselves. Very reasonable prices. I want them to come twice yearly.

Packard did a very professional job in planting boxwoods, decorative grasses, and hydrangeas around parts of our home that were not previously landscaped. They also put in river gravel, trimmed existing landscaping, and trimmed a tree on our property. They did an excellent job of improving the appearance of our home.

When we moved into this home, all the existing trees and shrubbery were either dead or overgrown beyond salvage. We had the old trees and shrubbery removed to start with a blank slate and then contacted Packard Landscape Co. to help us re-establish our existing planting beds and to create some new ones. Austin was very responsive throughout the entire process. Following an initial consultation, Austin helped us finalize a landscape design and plant choices that were suitable for this area. The rest of the turn key process was handled by Austin and his team. We are very pleased with the finished product and are excited to see how everything looks in the spring. The landscaping for our dear friends’ memorial English garden adds to its enchantment. Stepping through the trellis and into another world of beauty! It is a peaceful, healing place.
Would highly recommend. They were doing a neighbor's yard and I approached them to get an estimate for adding a tree to the front yard. Within 24hrs we received an estimate with a photo showing a finished project (using a photo of our house). Tree and plantings were installed in great time. Very neat and cleaned up after installation. Austin always kept me informed throughout the process and followed up after to make sure we were happy. Looking forward to having him back in the spring to do additional plantings.
