Expert Landscape Design & Installation in North-Central WV

Buying a new home with no landscaping and no idea what I wanted to plant, I saw Packard Landscaping on Facebook and followed their page. I’m so happy I did. I gave them a call they came promptly and measured and sent me designs. I loved being able to see what they had in mind as I expressed what plants I liked and would like to include if possible. They were so accommodating to my wants and worked to provide what I wanted. They were so easy to work with, prompt, very courteous and made sure I was happy each step of the way. They cleaned up and left nothing behind but a satisfied customer. I highly recommend them to anyone needing landscaping work done. We highly recommend Packard Landscape Co. Austin was prompt with scheduling, the team arrived on time, and we were kept updated every step of the way. During our initial consultation, Zach took our vague ideas and turned them into a beautiful design rendering that gave us a perfect visual of the potential layout. The crew successfully removed pesky shrubs while carefully protecting the existing plants we wanted to keep. They selected beautiful, colorful plants that are low-maintenance, deer-tolerant, and tough enough to handle the harsh evening sun our flower beds receive. They listened to my wife's concerns about maintenance and herbicide use with our current mulch, and installed some stone landscaping instead. When they were finished, they did a final walk-through to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The rest of the yard was left spotless. They even gave us a clear watering schedule to ensure the plants thrived. We appreciated that the entire team made the process hassle-free, were very accommodating, and professional.
